playbooks to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. After the company lost its last BDR, ICP swiftly

built automated BDR workflows to maintain lead generation momentum. They also onboarded a new BDR,

whose production skyrocketed by 8X, showcasing the effectiveness of ICP’s training and process

improvements.
